Here I am hanging on to the railings and taking big breaths of vitamin sea.
A big boat leaving the harbour.
Not many people on the beach. So plenty of sea birds.
Including quite a few Oystercatchers.
It was windy but I managed a short walk to do the photographs.
Back home. Heating on. Cappuccino. Inhaler. Breathing. All good.

Glad the sea air helped your breathing today. It's the Dr tomorrow isn't it? I hope that goes well for you.
The birds are sure enjoying having the beach to themselves.

Looking lovely in pink! Nothing nicer than being warm and cosy and drinking in that pure air.
Its blowing a gale here so a walk out is not an option for today.
I breathe better in the cold weather, but didn't walk today as it started to rain although not a lot, enough for me to cry off.
