A blissful day.

Was washed this morning. And moisturised.  Bliss.  Thanks E.

Did my Pulmonary exercises.

After lunch, where else, the Prom.  Bliss.

Not hot, no wind, more bliss.

Tide on the turn and going out.

Herring Gulls pick up everything to see if it is edible.

Fortunately this could not be ingested, whatever it was...

This strange craft was going across the bay from left to right then back again.

Testing the water?

I know the water authority SEPA test the water from the Kessock Burn on a regular basis.  But have never seen this before.  We do win awards for the cleanliness of the beach and sea on a regular basis.  Possibly testing for that?

Gull gang in flight.

Blackheaded Gulls . Not in flight.

Not blissful. My swollen leg!.

Good isn't it when you get a day like that.

Glad your carer is helping you and making you feel good. Sorry about your leg still being swollen though-have you to see the doctor again, Jill?

Hasn't the doctor/nurse recommended a compression sock and keeping feet up? These simple, basic things help a lot and make the swelling subside. Whether you paint or absorb sea air, see that you keep your feet elevated most of the time. You've got to help your heart and lungs do their job.
