Mixed bag. Mixed feelings.

A week ago tonight is when I ended up in hospital.  So a bit apprehensive!

The DP drove me to the Prom after lunch.  The weather was beautiful.

Just a few people on the beach.

So plenty Gulls.

An Oyster Catcher.

Fishing Boat coming in to the harbour.

A couple of Surfers walking to the other side of the bay where the surf is possibly better for them.

Male Great Spotted Woodpecker visiting.

Tonights Sunset.

My left hand ribs still hurt so still popping paracetemol.  My bruises are changing colour and fading.  Tomorrow when my carer comes I am taking off the steri strips so I can have my hair washed.  Well that is the plan.  Hoping I am getting back to normal and that I do not end up in a heap again.  Very tired so another early night.  Night all.

Love the spotted woodpecker - that little splash of red. Watch your footing tonight - we don't want a repeat performance!

When I was dumped by my horse the only thing that really helped was a few days of Tramadol....
Hope you're feeling better each day.
