After a 5 day gap I did my pulmonary physio exercises. Steroids obviously kicked in.... Always feel the benefit, but some days its just too much to even start! Today I did it.
After lunch the Promenade. Very windy so managed to grab on the railings.
I shall be glad when the tide changes, not a lot to see. Not a Gull in sight. Mainly dog walkers today.
Two happy dogs.
Fun to watch, but the larger one never stopped barking! The smaller one is a Pug. Which yapped.
Back home and on one of the hanging baskets on the Shedudio was a Painted Lady Butterfly.
This week is NEOS. North East Open Studios. I have taken part in the past. But not this year.
However I still got visitors! I am in the Shedudio 2 - 4 most days so if ever you are passing.....Fortunately the DP had been making raspberry and white chocolate Muffins.
Having fun with pen and ink, brush and ink too.
My visitor today is a keen bird watcher and photographer. So it was good our Sparrowhawk came to visit while he was here. She crashed into the branches outside the Shedudio window so failed to capture her. But then she returned as we were having our dinner outside the dining room patio door, swooped round the bird feeders and then posed nicely on the ground!
Beautiful bird. I am working out how and what media and which photo to use to paint from.
Aren't we lucky.
Witterings over.
G'night.

Thank goodness for steroids, side effects sometimes suck big time but they do help don't they, yappy barking dogs are annoying lol especially someone else's lol beautiful painting and photos!
Glad you were able to get to the prom despite the wind. It has been really windy here too. Exciting times deciding which photo to use for that very special bird the sparrowhawk.
Love your witterings - keep them coming.
xx
Glad to hear that the steroids are kicking in now. Horrid side effects but if they get you back on an even keel, worth suffering.
Can do without yappy dogs . . . I don't know how folk live with them - perhaps they just switch off.
Lovely photo of the sparrowhawk and I'm glad it strolled around for your visitor to watch.
