Wicked wind.

Living where we do I am well used to the wind.  Usually I can cope with it but today well it was wicked.  I got out of the car, got to the railings, took a photo and wham I was nearly on the ground.  The gusts were so strong.  So I went back to the car and breathed the sea air through the window.

The birds face into the wind so you can tell the direction.

Earlier I was painting.

More on the Goldcrest.

Lots of blooms in the garden now, particularly the clematis.

Over the archway.

Up the fence.

Lavender in the new planter.

Hoping next week the start of my pathways through the garden commence so I can get nearer to more of the garden.  Which will coincide with us being allowed to go out!!  Sods law.

Hi Jill, that little goldcrest is so cute.
We now have the works and Tom is feeling much better, the trailing tube is a bit in danger of being chased and nibbled and I stood on it today and nearly throttled him, lol
Apart from that it's good.

I'm glad you made a hasty retreat to the safety of your car. It's been blowing a hoolie here too. X

Love the goldfinch. Windy here and I had to go and tie my wooden planter with trellis down and leaned a bag of sand against it to stop it taking off.
