May is the chest infection month.

Facebook sends you memories of the past on this day and there are every day it seems chest infections.  So guess what I got.  A chest infection.  Fortunately I have antibiotics and steroids in house.

My painting is not going well.

That white blob is a bird.  I think I may have to start the whole thing again.  I have a clear idea of what I want to do but it is not coming out as it should. I will try painting over the bird and restart that first.

I think I will have a go at painting this last one.

Rheum Palmatum

Brought from our previous house and split into three.  All doing well.  The rude looking spikes turn into a plume of flowers.  Impressive.

Fantastic weather.  Almost hot, no wind and all day sunshine.

Yes very impressive🙈lol,,
A chest infection, oh no,,,, that’s no good, got to kick that to the curb as fast as possible! It’s so annoying when we know in our minds eye how our painting should go and for what ever reason it just doesn’t but it’s just not time for it to happen,, it will happen, just not yet.
Take care, heal quickly,

Hope you caught your chest infection in time and it doesn't turn into anything serious. Good luck with the painting.
