Spring time.

Very nearly here.

Big boats on the horizon.

Sunday is dog walking day.

So hardly any sea birds on the shore.

They have wet suits on.

We had a tootle round St Combs.  Beautiful village.  Now with new builds springing up .

And huge incongruous extensions.....

Back home and bird watching.  Dyson our alpha male Pheasant reappeared.  No doubt not long before he gathers a harem.

Good to see a healthy Greenfinch.

A full day.  I like it.  Hoping to do some more pruning tomorrow.  The cat bite is all healed!

Looks a nice day with you - not so here - miserable with rain on and off and a very cold wind. I am now going to go and look on the map where Castle Combs is to get some idea of where you live.

Sorry - I meat S Combs obviously.

Haven't seen a greenfinch for years, once so common. Plenty of pheasants, I was driving at dusk and had to keep slowing to avoid running the stupid things over as they wandered all over the road

You are sounding so positive (hope you are feeling better after that infection). St Combs looks lovely but I see what you mean about the "extension"! Blimey - like a new house added on.

We have a Greenfinch who occasionally visits, but also a dead Chaffinch - hope that didn't catch something from the feeders. I try and clean them regularly.

No greenfinches around here for years. Love Dyson.

So pleased you are getting out and about a bit more. Your birds are looking wonderful and healthy. Take care.
