Exhausted.

Washed from head to toes and moisturised by my personal carer.  Who is 22.  What I find amazing is that a 22 year old, who is such good fun, and sorts this 69 year old with such professionalism and a laugh.  When I was 22 this was a job I never would have considered.

Then it was off to the GP surgery.  Sitting in the waiting room I had the Specialist Nurse come for a chat, a laugh and a hug.  Then my GP offering to get me a bell to fit on the chariot.  I did wonder if the rest of the waiting room were thinking - bet she hasnt got long to go!!

Blood taken for the kidney function test.  No bruise, no pain.  I will see her again anytime.

The DP and I did the Prom.

No wind, not cold, no rain.  Lots of deep,  sea air, breathing.

High tide, so, again not a lot to see.  But here is one taken by the DP, a Bar Tailed Godwit.  Had I seen it it would have been a first for me.

A Rock Pipit.

And me.

Not very glamorous.  Could do better.

Home.  Shedudio after lunch.  Stove lit.  My visitor arrived.

Sue from Lancashire.  A Blog follower!  We got along like the proverbial.  The icing on the cake was she bought one of my paintings!

She knew she was at the right house when she saw the damaged fence!  Perhaps we should not repair it.... So I can continue getting such delightful guests.

The now going to bed ritual.  Line up, disperse.

Gather over Autumnal coloured trees and then settle.

So it is Goodnight from Sith and Goodnight from the Hitchcock extras.

Carers are wonderful, I don't think I could do it myself.

Just love your pic of the Bar Tailed Godwit! I saved it to use along with one I had saved of Sith cat to welcome me everyday on my desktop. Such a strange looking bird...I had to do some googling about him....fascinating facts about their migration habits as being the longest known "non-stop" flight of any bird......amazing! I am learning so many new things about birds since reading your blog..I love it!

I was once that 22 year old. The work fitted in with family commitments and I loved it. X
