Wednesday.

Cold and gloomy.  Some thin snow too.

Bleak .  Not pleasant.  But I got the lungfuls of sea air.

Sanderlings.  The first time I have ever seen them.  Tiny birds they run along the sea edge.  Really pleased to see them!

Back home, woodburner lit, all cosy.  I began a painting of the trip of Tree Sparrows from a photo I took.

Better weather promised tomorrow.  Hope we all get sunshine.

I hope that, like us here in North Yorkshire, you have had a day of pure, unbroken sunshine.
