Getting there.

Another night of high temperature and trying to work out if I was taking too many paracetemol....

Today has been better.

The DP drove to the Prom.  It was very windy, but not cold.  He went off for a walk.  I found some shelter from the wind.  Did my sea air breathing.

My 2 photographs.

The DP did far better.

Oystercatcher bathing.

Kite Surfer across the bay.

How the sand has been moved up the board walk.

Obviously had the sand plough down!

So like many other bloggers Storm Freya never appeared and has now departed.

I drove back home today. So really hope to be almost back to normal tomorrow.  Thanks for all your supportive comments.

Chris I watch birds.  I take photographs.  Dyson is different to all the other Pheasants.  He has a silvery back, distinctive collar and a pale back of head.

This is a 'normal' pheasant.  Like us they are all different.

Last year we had a recognisable 'Hoover' and a'Henry'.  All named after vacuums as that is what they do - vacuum up the food.

The front garden , either side of the path to the gate - which no-one ever uses...  Spring flowers are coming into bloom.  Other borders too.

Getting there.

Ah, spring has reached you for the flowers you have planted - great news. It seems to affect the counties differently - pussy willows are only just starting to show their silver paws here, but in Herefordshire yesterday they were yellow powder puffs - a couple of weeks ahead of us.

I hope you are mending now - colds are such miserable germs to have setting up home in your nose etc. Begone foul beasts.

Today we were 'hit' by the weather, but nothing like we were warned about. Bit of rain, grey skies and wind. Miserable but not the hype.

Perfect weather for the kite flying. Loved the photo of what appeared to be the bird bathing. Hopefully by the time of reading this you will be feeling a whole lot better.
