Wednesday

So missing the plod up the Prom.

I did some pulmonary physio exercises this morning.  Quads.  Pole lifting.  Arm weights.  I then decided to to as I was told and walk along our lane.

Yesterday they raked.  Today they sewed the seed.  Dust clouds covered everywhere.

Not good for damaged lungs.  Should have gone to the Prom.

Shut inside the Shedudio.

The Tree Creeper progresseth.  I couldnt even open a window to get some fresh air to breathe.

The DP had to plant up the troughs.  Which I was looking forward to doing.

Just cannot win.

That's quite a dust cloud. Hope it settles soon.

I was going to say that the dust would not be good for you. Hopefully things settle back down and you can at least walk in your lane a little bit.

God bless.

The fields here have also gone from mud to dust and farmers are busy with spraying and fertilising everywhere.
Hope you get some fresh air today

It won't always be dusty! Not good for lungs but it isn't forever, you just happened to go out on a day they were raking. You do have your lovely studio to spend time in.
Are you able to look on the bright side a little instead of the dull side? I appreciate you have health problems, you're not alone in that, but you seem to feel that everything is against you when in fact you are still able to get out and also enjoy your hobbies. Not everybody has that. I have health problems but try hard to remain positive although it's hard. I can still get outside, just think how it would be if you were confined to bed permanently, being cared for in every way. Some people have nothing to look forward to. You have the prom to look forward to when we're allowed to be out and about freely again. In the meantime do as we're all trying to do and make the best of what you have, you have so much compared to so many others. Also your husband must be a Saint!

Just to add to my comment - we might be missing the things we really want to do and you're missing going to the prom but there are now many people missing loved ones in their lives. If my staying home means that I'm not adding to anyone else having their loved ones die I'm willing to do it. Yesterday there were almost 1,000 lives lost to Covid in this country in the space of 24 hours, and that's only the hospital deaths, this is enough to make me stay at home.
Stay home, keep safe and keep others loved ones safe.

Quads, pole lifting, arm weights - sounds like you are training for the Olympics - no wonder you want to escape to the prom! Stay safe and hope the dust settles. x
