Solitaire

In between drawing and painting.

Watching birds, painting birds.  I still manage about 342 games of Solitaire.

I guess there is a lot of it being played at the moment.

It's addictive isn't it? Mum used to play it for hours on end! Clock Patience too - on a tray. Here Tam and I are in the final 100 or so pieces of a beastly jigsaw of Southampton Streets (it's changed a bit since I lived there). About to order one of Santorini from the Works, as a reward for doing this one (which was set back somewhat after Theo-cat jumped from the sofa and landed on it, truth be told!!)

Love your art work, as always.

Hi....I have been thinking of you as I did some recent research on breathing problems...in the news lately there has been reference to proning....have you heard of it? Apparently those who are on ventilators from the corona virus are turned so that they are lying on their tummies. It is now recommended for anybody who is having problems keeping up their oxygen levels. I remember you saying that you had such low oxygen levels after a nights sleep. Sleeping on your tummy allows the lungs to work much more efficiently so that there is better oxygen intake. Not so easy to do in our old age as it was when we were kids but it is recommended to try and get least two hours of it to start. Some you tube stuff on position you can look up. Aloha

I don't think I can manage without solitaire. It's what I do when I'm trying to work something out.

Your pics are beautiful. Hugs x
