Sunday. Breezy.

It finally stopped raining - for a while.  But the wind was 30 mph gusting to 40.  Which was brilliant for Wind Surfers and Kite Surfers.

The DP got out of the car, walked and took the photos.  I was told to stay put.

So that is a Kite Surfer.

Wind Surfers.

DP chatting to a wind surfer.  He went back to collect his sail.  He reckoned it wasn't as windy as he wanted!

My views of Kite Surfers from the car......

The beach, Tiger Hill and the sea.  But I opened the window, breathed in the sea air from the side where the wind was not hitting, listened to the waves and was happy.  Still hoping for a day when I can get out of the car and walk.

And see Oystercatchers.

Saturday - still hissing down.

So depressing -flooded fields everywhere.  Roads too.

But we went out.

Same view as yesterday.  So the DP walked and I drove to the Harbour.

Apparently the dark blob at the side of this boat is a seal.  Honest.

This is the small b0at pontoon.  Lobsters, crabs and some mackerel boats here.  The boats being on the small side.

There are harbour seals.

We could see a boat leaving the harbour so I drove back to the Prom and we watched it going out on the hunt.

The DP also found me three Oystercatchers.

The evening brought its panic for me.  We discovered one of the two oxygen bottles which I can carry out with me on these jaunts and use in the house was emptying itself.  So when I needed to exchange bottles it was empty.  With a bit of juggling we will hopefully get through til Monday and I can get something sorted.  The green snake feeds direct from the oxygen making machine so I will get through the night ok.

It never rains but it pours.

Vitamin Sea.

Made sure I got some today.  Weather still foul.  Drove to the Prom and opened the window away from the wind.

 Taken from the car.

As you see the DP got out of the car.

I did some breathing - ah beautiful.

Hibernating.

Weather foul.  Strong winds.  Heavy rain and overcast. Never left the house.

Will go out tomorrow.  Whatever the weather.

Last night the green snake kept disappearing.  Then this morning we discovered both bottles of oxygen were empty.  Its alright being on 15 hours of oxygen if you have it to take.....  Sorted now.  Hoping for a better night.

Continuing good.

Just to say the new Oxygen regime is ace so far.  Enough about me.  Thanks to the fantastic supportive comments from Bloggers.  I would be lost without you all.

So crank up the sound and we will have a wonky video.

Cold - the damp cold which seems to seep onto your bones.  Managed about half the walk.

Wind farm bits being towed up the East coast.  We have lots of wind turbines up and down.

Deserted beach.

Siesta time.

Boats, the latter way out so through murky mist.

The sky says it all.

Good news.

The Oxygen team phoned me!  I could have a face to face meeting.  But I had to go in to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.  It is a long trek to get there and then, well, its a hospital.  She then said I could have a face meeting on the computer.  So I said "Yes please."

The DP then took the phone to give my email address to facilitate this to be set up.  He talked about  the struggles I was having.  I was told way back that I was not to use oxygen when sitting down.  So I hadn't.  She said that was before the prescription for 15 hours oxygen daily was set following the tests on the arterial blood to see how much oxygen there was in there.  So sitting down of course I could use the oxygen as no way would I get to 15 hours if I didnt.  DOH.

I genuinely had thought before that that I was at the end stages of the disease the way I was struggling. What a wonderful feeling swept over me!  So if I feel breathless eating a meal, sitting computing feel breathless I can just use the oxygen...........So I already have and will continue to do so.  I feel WONDERFUL.  It now sounds really silly but I would put the oxygen in and then go for a walk round the house just so I wasnt using it sat down!

So the new regime is started.  Before the end of the year I will have the face time on the computer and report in to the same wonderful person I spoke to today from the Oxygen team.  Isnt our NHS wonderful.

Before the phone call we went to the Prom.  No wind, no rain and a tad warmer so I did the full walk.

Boats away on the fish hunt.

One of the two Surfers.

Deserted beach.

The Gull gang.

Oystercatchers.

Now I just need that jab.

Living in the slow lane.

Youngest grandson scared us all again.  Spent the night with Mum in the hospital on oxygen.  Shallow rapid breathing.  Two viruses identified.  He is the one with the negative test for Corvid.  Fine now and home.

Me - well I phoned the Oxygen team.  Not in.  Will phone me in the week.

Weather foul.  Heavy rain, high winds and cold.  Flooded fields everywhere.

To the Prom if only to get the good sea air through the open window.

My view.

Kite Surfer.

Boats.

Inspiration I hope.

Meanwhile I am playing a lot of Solitaire.
