Fraserburgh Beach. One of the cleanest in Great Britain. Also, for most of the year, the emptiest, apart from seabirds.
Today, yesterday too, and a few days now, it has been packed.
24 degrees. Too much for me!
Back home its watering pots, hanging baskets, and herb beds. Not had to do that for a long time.
Patio doors open, first time since they were installed two years ago!
Andy Murray finally won Wimbledon.
Wow.
And I set up my first solo exhibition.
Walls at home are bare. But the gardens blooming lovely. Tis Summer!

I leave the beach to the sun worshippers in summer ... Dillon & I head for the cool wooded streams in the village.
Hour delay for day trippers coming home from Bournemouth beach - nightmare in that heat !
It's one of my favourite times of the day - watering my outdoor potted plants & sweet peas & herbs.
Good luck - you paintings look wonderful displayed there.
Every good wish that your exhibition is a roaring success Jill.
Too hot for me, it was 28 degrees Celsius here yesterday, anything above about 22 and I start to melt!
You are so talented and prolific, Jill! I hope the show goes well.
Congrats. Wish I could see the exhibit. Love your talent.
