Corn Bunting having a good old sing.
Ancient farm implement. Possibly still in use however.
Just asking to be painted?
Art class today was painting flowers.
Still toing and froing to the vets with Puzzle. This is him in better days.
The vet doesnt know what is wrong. We could take him off to Edinburgh or Glasgow which would be very stressful, and neither we, nor our vet, think the diagnosis will be treatable. He is on a course of steroids which worked at first, as in he began to eat again, but he is now finding even the mushy food hard going. Not looking good. At least, unlike humans, we can do something when the quality of life is no longer there. I should be quite hardened to this, as over the years and years of owning cats I have been here before. But it doesn't get any easier.

Poor old Sith xx
So sorry to hear about Puzzle. He is well named, obviously. Having seen a few cats through to the end, I agree it never gets any easier. But I've always felt that they really appreciate our love and faithfulness.
Your photograph of the heron, and painting of the roses, are both very beautiful.
So sorry to hear about Puzzle. t's hard decision when it comes but you have done your best for him. Thinking of you at this time.
Poor puss.
Love from Mum

Poor old Puzzle, my darling Quin is much the same, we half thought the French vet would tell us he wasn't fit enough to travel home. He's eating puppy food because he can't manage proper dog food ant more, but he still skips around the dunes on his walks!
Thanks for all your lovely comments,
Lots of cuddles for Puzzle, Jude x
Thank you for your kind words. They are both black, Penny, but its Puzzle cat who's unwell.
Sith has restrained himself from trying to knock Puzzle over!
I'm sorry about Puzzle.
Love your flower pic - is there anything you can't do a fab painting of, you clever thing :)
