This and that.

My lovely carer was here this morning.  After washing me, moisturising, and dressing.  She washed my hair half way through the dressing.  She then has great fun arranging my hair into a Mohican.  And no there is no photographic evidence!  As soon as she has gone I ruffle it around.....

Our local paper had a news item about yesterday.  It read that a man had fell in the harbour.  Well they must have got that wrong.  All the action was at the Prom... Anyway the man is alright.  Possibly a correction tomorrow?

Still overcast.

Gull gang.  The tide was coming in.

Usual feather sorting.

Oyster catcher on it's own.  Wading along the edge of the sea.

The dead Seal and four tyres were removed yesterday.  The Seal was too decomposed to be of any use for a necromancy, so from the tracks on the sand, the Council must have removed it and the tyres.  But they left this quite large object.  No idea what it is/was.  Un - exploded bomb?  In the Second World War the enemy planes would jettison their remaining bombs as they returned home.  Poor old Fraserburgh.

We had visitors this afternoon to the Shedudio.  Friends, P and L who is an artist.  She uses Acrylics and the DP had bought one of her paintings which she was delivering.

Of Tiger Hill and the Bay.
It is on canvas, but I suggested we have it framed.  So thats to be done before it gets hung.

Then we received delivery of the hedge which is to be created within the new fence.  Escallonia.  Mainly red flowers, but some white.

This is one plant.

Came in a box with straw beneath and straw on top.

Four boxes!  95 plants.  Keep the DP busy for some time!

The birds love it for nesting in - hope you do better than we did - lost our beautiful Escallonia hedge in the frosts one year.
Love the painting - how do you frame a canvas?

Before I read where the painting was - I mentally thought - ooh that looks like Jill's beach and tiger hill!
The hedge planting will keep the DP quiet and once established - it will look very pretty :) The birds and insects will love it

DP is going to be busy for a while, although it will look lovely when it's established. X

That is a lot of plants!!! The picture looks beautiful. I wonder what stories will be spread around about the man. I'm glad he is alright
