Sunday.

There was another nosebleed last night.   We coped.  Tomorrow I shall phone the oxygen team for some advice.

Today - ok so far.

Prom visit.  Bitter cold.  Lots of people.  Surf school.  I remained in the car.

People on top of Tiger Hill.

One small boat.

On the way home.  First capture in 2021 of the Sunset.

I was so hoping the nosebleeds had stopped. I hope the oxygen team has some ideas that will help.

What a lovely sunset.

God bless.

Hope you find prevention for the nosebleeds. I admire you for all your walks along the Prom even in coldest weather, and even driving there and not getting out of the car gives you a lift, I am sure.

Do you suspect the oxygen? Usually, nose bleedings come from taking blood-thinning meds. Anyway, feel better soon!

Tiger Hill? I wonder how it got that name. We live not far from a Zebra Hill and a Gibbon Hill (the latter being in Apedale). Never seen any apes, gibbons or zebra round here though.

Have you tried googling suggestions for handling the nose bleeds? Often others have encountered the same problems. Perhaps a supplement or maybe a humidifier for your home?
I still marvel at the winter surfers.

Your weather is different than mine but I wonder if a humidifier would help. In our cold weather, the house gets dry from running the furnace and it helps to have the mist from the humidifier in my bedroom as I sleep.
I am sure your oxygen team will have the best advice.
