Fed up. Such a struggle today. District/Community nurse came. Redressed the ankle. It keeps swelling . But I got the boots on. We made it to the happy place. I got out of the car and did a short walk.
Photo taken from a distance. My walk went in the other direction. Not so many people.
Surf School just starting.
The tattooed swimmer. Brave or mad? It was cold but not freezing. Most swimmers in the bay would wear a wet suit though.
Some Gulls.
My all time favourites Oystercatchers.
Boat on the horizon.
Back home we have the builders back doing the wall at the front garden. Pictures tomorrow. It is taller than it was previously. And not leaning now!
Tom Stephenson asked about the Prom. It was way busy in past years. There was a small train toing and froing. Now parked in the Heritage Centre. We are all very proud of the Esplanade and the beach. Great cameraderie among those of us who walk there frequently.
An award winning beach. Water is clean. Air is clean. I love it here I can see fields and hear the sea. Ten to fifteen minutes to drive to the Prom. Having struggling days is my biggest drawback. You learn to cope. One day I will read the bit about end days of COPD but not just yet.

You are sharing such beautiful pictures with us all. Those birds with glowing white breasts! The sky reflections on the watery sands with the figures heading for the water. Thank you.
I would love to come and walk along your promenade it looks so enticing. Sorry to hear you are struggling - hope you have a better day tomorrow.
The oystercatchers in the sun, with their reflections, are beautiful.
I wonder if tattoos keep you warm? I doubt it.
What amazingly perfect reflections of the oyster catchers - the water and sky are so clear
I always love your photographs - they bring the sea as near as possible for me.
The Oystercatchers are posing for you! Sorry you are struggling but glad you got out today!
Glad you managed to get out. That man is very brave not wearing a wet suit, or mad maybe???
I love your photos. I'm glad you got out in spite of struggling.
