Still no food boxes

And more time on the phone to the council with no satisfactory response.  So the DP went shopping again.  I cant even establish if we are to get a delivery or not.  Madness.

An Otter begun on the drawing board.

Sanity regained for a while at the Prom.

Not a soul in sight.

Someone's not very organized by the sound of things - your name should be on the list sent to supermarkets by now. I hope you can get it all sorted.

Now that is true social isolation on the prom. I hope you get the food boxes sorted soon.

It's a good job you've got the DP to do the shopping isn't it? You could have starved by now with the cancelled deliveries and lack of food boxes. I hope it's sorted soon.

I don't know if you have a Target, but we have ordered twice from them with no problems. Very nice. We do the free 2-day shipping. Dry goods (food), bath and beauty stuff.

A very quiet and deserted prom - just the way you need it to be, Jill. Enjoy!

Just want to say "thank you so much" for your daily pics of the sea...I love it so but paths of life have never allowed me to live near the sea...I did some sailing trips in the BVI many years ago...heaven! So when I read your blog everyday, I know I'll get at least a few "virtual" moments of joy looking at your pics....Thank you! :)

Jill, I think you will find that supermarkets cancel orders if there is a problem with the payment going through. It might be worth double checking your payment details. Also, if you ring the number on the letter the government sent you they should help.

The prom looks so peaceful. I love the otter. Hope your deliveries get sorted soon. How annoying.
