This is my blog.

It is an honest report of how I feel.  My sympathies and concerns for everyone going through this pandemic go without saying.  As I am sure we are all thinking those thoughts.

The farmer finished off the field today by raking and flattening.  Soon we will see the green shoots appearing of the new lot of Barley.

All around us are lambs.  At the front of the house the lambs gather in gangs and charge around bouncing and butting.  Then peep at us over the wall.

My friend and neighbour's son has sheep and today we saw his latest pride and joy.

Apart from the dust clouds created by every breeze the weather has been lovely today.  The forecast is good for the weekend too.

I am away to be fastened up to 20 foot of tubing to the oxygen machine for the night.  Getting quite adept at the loo trips in the night without tripping!

I like people to be honest about their thoughts and feelings. As you said it is your blog and you can say what you want. I like the lamb photos.

All I see around me here are more houses - but if we walk up the lane towards the moors there are a few sheep in the fields but no lambs yet. I am craving the sea view now - we would normally be going up to the cottage for the Easter break. Hoping for good weather over the weekend. x

Beautiful new life. And good for you - mastering the art of night-time, loo-visiting oxygen-tube management!

Good for you, I imagine it is very hard for you to make a trip to the bathroom with all those tubes.

God bless.

Love the lambs. Would love to see what raking and flattening is on that farmer's field. the only thing we rake here is dry hay to get it ready to be baled. I have a lovely group of young steers to look at, last year's calves. I did see a kestrel today busy hunting. We have more snow so the early birds will not be impressed. Hugs to you. I love your blog just the way it is and well done on dealing with that tube in the middle of the night. Hugs.

You shouldn't be made to feel that you need edit or censor your own thoughts.
We visit your blog because you're willing to share, bless your heart. I, for one, appreciate your candor.

Love your paintings-in-progress. Then we have to hound you to see the finished lprduct. ;-)

My best friend was on oxygen for the last 20 years of her life....and I know that it was not an easy thing to deal with, or to accept. I admire you for your attitude. and as always, I love your art.

Love the lamb photos - they look good strong ones too. I always like to see them hurtling round the fields together, racing and bucking and being silly.

You have obviously got very good balance, to avoid tripping over your tubing! I managed to fall onto my btm yesterday when Tam and I were having our Wild Side of the River walk. I felt a right plonker, and of course she took my photo!!

I used to love watching our lambs dash from one place to another and then jump all feet off the ground - literally just Jumping for joy!
Hope there is less wind today or a shower to settle the dust so you can get outside

Loads of lambs here too making things seem quite "normal". Glad you have got used to the tubing. Take care.

Those lambs are adorable. I do hope you are able to enjoy some time outdoors today. X

We had snow and wind all night. Over 100,000 without power here in Maine, usa. I heard the generator clicking on and off all night. Hard night for sleeping. Lambs and sheep are very scarce on the Island where I live. The pictures are adorable!💖
