Warming up.

Today has been much warmer than before....

Still needed a coat.  But no hat or gloves.

The Kessock Burn structured an island!

The Gull Gang were out in force.

Lesser Black Backed and Herring Gulls.

When you dial 999 up here in the North East of Scotland you have the options of Police, Fire, Ambulance, Coastguard.  This is the Coastguard.  Arrived on the Prom with sirens and lights going.  I think this was an exercise.  The hunky coastguards were very smiley which brightened my day, leapt out of the vehicle, one went to see how long it took to unlock the bollards, to give them access to the whole of the Prom,  two scanned the horizon with binoculars, then they all got back in and zoomed off.

When they drove off they totally missed the dropped curb and may have damaged their under carriage.....

A random photograph of Sith cat.  I have inadvertently altered all my settings on the camera so the DP was trying to sort it.  Hence this photo.

Seems to have worked.

One of our beautiful female Pheasants.

So - a good day.  Warming up.  May it continue.

My camera is a nightmare, it has so many settings and I often use the phone or my little fuji instead.
