Thank you all.

For your heart warming comments.

I am still surviving.

My second daughter landed this afternoon from Edinburgh with two of our grandsons.

3 yeas old and 4 months old.  Delightful.

On his trip to get the daily paper the DP took this photo.  A small pond up the road full of swans.

A Whooper Swan family!

It looks as if you have dodged the snow. My son in Ayr rang and said they had heavy snow and hail combined with wind and had lost some tiles from the roof. Glad you are still posting and hope you soon feel a lot better.

Wonderful pic of the swans. I wonder whether the undecided one is settling in or taking off.

Good to hear that you came through the night in good shape.

Hang in there.

Love the picture of the swans. Hope you are feeling a bit better. Sounds like a trip into hospital might have been avoided? Hoping so.
Stay warm and well and enjoy the time with your daughter and grandchildren. x

Glad your daughter was able to come up with the grandchildren. Good to have another pair of hands about and someone else to be with you. Take care. Hoping for better days for you.
