Monday.

Had a phone consultation with the nurse from the Oxygen team this morning.  No more home visits for them.  Fine by me.  As I wasn't dressed!  Given full marks for doing things as I should.  She also said I should carry on with Prom visits -keeping distances from others - as it was important for my mental health.  Hooray.

The DP shopped in the hour for oldies.

So my sanity was saved as we visited the Prom.  It being cold and windy there was no-one to avoid.

NS IONA (IMO: 9657636) is a Supply Vessel that was built in 2014 (6 years ago) and is sailing under the flag of Cayman Is.
It’s carrying capacity is 4500 t DWT and her current draught is reported to be 5.9 meters. Her length overall (LOA) is 97 meters and her width is 20 meters.

from shelter to aberdeen.

There you go.

Just heard on the news I can continue to go to the Prom.

Redshank.

Turnstone.

Had a short walk.

Today I skyped second daughter and her two sons.  So over the last few days I have done all three with children and the DP has spoken to youngest a number of times as she phones on her way to somewhere and then back!

We will survive.  Being sensible.

Stay safe everyone.
