I like how you've given the flowers pride of place with the house. And your oystercatchers are clearly alive in that painting!

P.S. I was glad to see you weren't so hypocritical as to join the temperance march yourself!

xoxAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2274851670267684075.post-42054765815260620782013-01-02T19:33:12.599+00:002013-01-02T19:33:12.599+00:00Blimey, I hope your friend doesn't read your b...Blimey, I hope your friend doesn't read your blog, lol! :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2274851670267684075.post-51230608341031616752013-01-02T19:12:54.569+00:002013-01-02T19:12:54.569+00:00Redshanks on the roof? But on my second attempt (she didn't like the first either) I took a photo of it on an angle, still showing the style of the house but not full front. Now I will be honest, she didn't like the second attempt either, what she had in mind was something very loose and water color like , and she wanted the trees bigger, a pat where there was none, and , well you get the point. There's not much one can do when it truly isn't an interesting building is there, you could always change the setting, maybe do it in winter or place a nice big rainbow over it, take the focus off the house, I think you did a beautiful job, the funny thing about the painting I did for my aunt is I sold that painting a yaer later, at least some one liked it!!!!My aunt was very hard to please,Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
